It took me a few times passing by the Gyro King near my subway station to realize that the big lights on either side of the name are actually big, lit-up, gyro-meat displays!! It could be one of the best signs ever.

Tom and I visited the Brooklyn Botanic Garden... almost all the Cherry Blossoms were in peak bloom and it was so beautiful there we became members (so we can go back as much as we want all summer)!

My Uncle Kenny offered me and Tom 2 extra tickets to a Yankees game, so we got to check out the new stadium, see the Yanks win, and eat crappy food all afternoon... it was great!!

I had to go to Washington DC for work and FINALLY had the chance to fly out of LaGuardia's Marine Air Terminal. It was so cute, it practically screamed "Tilt Shift Me!"... so I obliged.
