This is Tom showing me the rules at the Met. Unfortunately I broke them with this photo, but I got away with it (phew!) We went to see Lucia di Lammermoor featuring Natalie Dessay and her performance was absolutely spectacular... I can honestly say that I've never clapped more enthusiastically at any opera - she was magnificent. And, this was our 2nd time seeing this production (also with Ms Dessay) but this blew the first one away. She did crazy the way it was supposed to be done - hooray!
